Autumn summits and forums

On 2-3 September in Vladivostok held the second East Economic Forum (WEF)

For two days, representatives of business and government concluded more than 140, prepared earlier, agreements for a total amount of 1.6 trillion rubles.

The forum's program includes more than fifty events, including five business dialogues between the two countries: Russia - China, Russia - Republic of Korea, the Russian-Japanese business forum, Russia - ASEAN Russia - Germany.

As a result of all the events, Russia's president Vladimir Putin formulated the three main directions for cooperation in the region:

Reliable energy infrastructure.
The initiative of companies from Russia, Japan, South Korea and China to create a super power ring.

Transport infrastructure.
Formation of new competitive trans-Eurasian and regional routes.

The total space of the digital economy.
Creating a legal and technological environment for electronic interaction.

September 4, 2016, in the Chinese Hangzhou started G20 summit

Logo G20The main objective of this forum is to coordinate policies among G20 members to achieve global economic stability and sustainable growth of the world economy.

One of the issues of the summit was the creation of a new international financial architecture. During the summit, leaders discussed the construction of innovative, healthy, coherent and inclusive global economy.

At the G20 countries account for over 85 percent of global GDP. They are also home to more than 60 percent of the world's population.

At the meeting of Putin and Erdogan in the framework of the G20 summit in Hangzhou sides came close to the creation of a free trade area between Russia and Turkey and discussed the mutual withdrawal of food sanctions.

Leaders of the G20 countries at the summit in Hangzhou approved the creation of the complex to ensure global economic growth measures. In this connection, it adopted a document named "Hangzhou consensus".

The document is based on the following features: vision, integration, openness, inclusiveness. It speaks of actions aimed at creating a set of measures to ensure the growth of the world economy.

SPIEF 2016In St. Petersburg on June 16-18, held the anniversary XX International Economic Forum. It was attended by 200 speakers and 16 ministers from 15 foreign countries, as well as representatives of 600 Russian and 500 foreign companies from 60 countries.

Stressing that all disputes should be resolved through dialogue, Ban Ki-moon said that the UN is an appropriate platform for the promotion of such a dialogue. In this connection, the UN Secretary-General noted the role of the UN European Economic Commission.

The UN chief said that the Russian Federation, as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, plays an important role in addressing the pressing global problems, and that Russia has enormous scientific potential for the development of the technology needed to mitigate the adverse effects of climate change.

General Secretary welcomed the signing by Russian of "Paris climate agreement" and called for joint efforts to ensure the entry into force of this historic document early as this year.

The Seventh International Investment Business Forum

VII International investment forum was organized by the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine and took 3 days in November at the International Exhibition Center in Kiev.

On behalf of the Technical Secretariat of the INOGATE (ITS) - a project funded by the EU Head of committee on Development of Energy and ECO projects Oksana Nikolaieva and her deputy Valentina Kuhtik, were invited to participate in a seminar Eco-design on the theme: "The experience of the EU and the first steps of Ukraine" which was organized by the ITS project in the framework of the VII International Investment business Forum on energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.

As part of its work on the development of energy and eco-projects in Ukraine, representatives of the relevant committee of the "European Unit" took part in a number of events were held in the course of the business forum. We recall also that the earlier committee had considered the German experience in matters of energy efficiency.

Forum ICC 2014

On September 5, 2014 in the capital of Ukraine hosted a forum of Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce, under the general theme -
